Monthly Meetings

The Louisiana Fern and Tropical Plant Society meets on the third Sunday of each month at the University of New Orleans (UNO) Lakefront Campus in building 5, the Biology Building, 101. The meetings begin at 2:00 P.M. Visitors are welcome at no charge to the monthly UNO meetings.

During some months, meetings are held in the field, at various locations, on Saturdays, or Sundays, usually begining at 12:00 P.M. with a 'Pot Luck'.

A Door Prize is awarded to a lucky winner at each meeting.

Members are asked to bring 2-3 ferns or related items such as growing supplies, for the raffle table. Each member will receive a free raffle ticket for each item brought.
